Update to eLAPS Documentation Requirements

Effective January 5th, 2024, applicants for new alcohol licenses will be required to upload all relevant documentation into eLAPS before being able to submit the application.

The following is a list of documents that are required for new applications by license type:

Class "F" Retail Alcohol License (LF): 

  • Proof of Control of Property
  • Sketch of Premises

Special Class "C" Retail Alcohol License (BW):  

  • Proof of Control of Property
  • Sketch of Premises
  • TTB Brewer’s Notice
    • Required for holders of the Special Class "A" Beer Permit Brewpub privilege.

Class "D" Retail Alcohol License (LD):  

  • Proof of Control of Property
  • Sketch of Premises

Class "C" Retail Alcohol License (LC): 

  • Proof of Control of Property
  • Sketch of Premises
  • TTB Brewer’s Notice
    • Required for holders of the Special Class "A" Beer Permit Brewpub privilege.

Special Class "C" Retail Native Wine License (WCN): 

  • Proof of Control of Property
  • Sketch of Premises

Class "B" Retail Alcohol License (LG):  

  • Proof of Control of Property
  • Sketch of Premises

Class "E" Retail Alcohol License (LE):  

  • Proof of Control of Property
  • Sketch of Premises

Special Class "B" Retail Native Wine License (WBN):  

  • Proof of Control of Property
  • Sketch of Premises

Charity Beer, Spirits, and Wine Special Event License (CE):  

  • Proof of Control of Property

Class "A" Beer Permit (BA):  

  • Proof of Control of Property
  • Sketch of Premises
  • Proof of Zoning Letter
  • TTB Basic Permit

Class "A" Beer Permit (Native) (BAN):  

  • Proof of Control of Property

Class "A" Wine Permit (WA):

  • TTB Basic Permit

Class "A" Wine Permit (Native) (WAN):

Class "A" Native Distilled Spirits License (ND):

Manufacturer's License (CM):

Brewer's Certificate of Compliance (CB):  

  • TTB Basic Permit (or TTB Brewer’s Notice)

Vintner's Certificate of Compliance (CV):  

  • TTB Basic Permit

Distiller's Certificate of Compliance (CD):  

  • TTB Basic Permit

Wine Direct Shipper Permit (DS):  

  • TTB Basic Permit
  • Home State License (for out of state licensees)

At this time, document uploads will remain optional at the time a renewal application is submitted. However, this may become a requirement in the future.
